Porting your number to Zeronet is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to transfer your existing number and start enjoying your new Zeronet mobile service.
Step 1: Complete Your Order
- Wait for your order to be processed. You will receive a text or email notification once the order is complete and ready for transfer.
Step 2: Start the Transfer
1. Log in to your account at [https://www.zeronet.co.nz/account](https://www.zeronet.co.nz/account).
2. Select **Start Transfer** for your new mobile service.
Step 3: Provide Account Details
If You Have an On-Account Setup:
Enter the following details:
- Current provider
- Name on your account
- Account number/reference
If You Have a Prepaid Setup:
Enter the following details:
- Current provider
- SIM card serial number
Step 4: Complete the Porting Process
- Once your order is submitted, you will receive a text message on your existing phone to confirm the number porting.
- Allow up to two hours for the porting process to complete.
- After completion, insert your new SIM card or deactivate your existing eSIM.
