While we have ensured a wide range of routers are compatible with our network, not all routers will work with our network so please make sure it is possible to enable the settings listed below on your device.
You can order a router from us by emailing care@zeronet.co.nz if yours is not compatible with a fibre connection. We preconfigure these so they are ready to go out of the box.
Note: Please be aware that some providers restrict the networks their routers can connect to. If you are transferring your connection and bringing your router, please contact your current provider to make sure it is not network-locked.
