This guide explains how to transfer your existing Kogan Mobile prepaid number to Zeronet. A number transfer moves your existing mobile number from Kogan Mobile to Zeronet. This process is also known as number porting.
What Is Prepaid?
A prepaid mobile plan is one where you top up your credit balance to pay for your mobile usage. Kogan Mobile is a prepaid-only provider, meaning all customers pay by topping up their credit balance rather than receiving a monthly invoice.
How to Find Your ICCID Number
Your ICCID is a 16-digit number beginning with 64, located between the first two digits (89) and the last digit of the full SIM serial number.
Physical SIM: Your ICCID is printed directly on your physical SIM card.
eSIM — iPhone: Go to Settings > General > About. Your ICCID is listed under the eSIM section.
eSIM — Android: Go to Settings > About Phone (or About Device) > Status (or SIM Status / IMEI). Your ICCID will be listed here. Please note: Android menu names may vary depending on your device brand. If you are unable to locate your ICCID, refer to your device's user guide or contact the manufacturer.
