How do I pay my bill?

Great News! There are no bills!

Zeronet provides services to customers through 12-month subscriptions.

We'll charge your nominated credit or debit card on the day your service gets connected and then on the same date each month after that, in advance of supplying you with the service. Think of it as a pre-paid subscription on the same date each month with no surprises!

If your service is connected on the 16th of March, you will be charged your first month's subscription fee. On the 16th of April, we'll charge your card for your next month of internet. It's the same amount each month unless you change your plan.
