Why would you need to update your plan?
There are a few reasons you might consider changing your mobile plan. You might need faster speeds than you currently have, you might be spreading your wings and travelling and need more coverage, or you’re simply after a lower cost plan to save some pennies. Our plans are designed to be flexible to adapt to changes in your lifestyle.
How do you update your plan?
Updating your plan is easy! Simply log into your Zeronet account on the website. Head to "My Plans" and select "Change Plan." From there, you can choose to upgrade or downgrade, and your new plan will be active from the start of the next billing cycle.
Do I need to wait until a contract is finished before I update my plan?
No, with Zeronet's monthly plans, you’re free to change at the end of any billing cycle! Simply submit your request before the cycle ends, and your new plan will take effect within the next month.
If I get a lower cost plan, can I get a refund?
If you downgrade, your new plan and rates will begin in the next billing cycle. However, refunds aren’t provided for downgrades in the middle of a billing cycle, so be sure to switch before the new cycle starts for a seamless transition.
